Honing Machine

Our Delapena Honing Machine allows us to make barrels with the ultimate roundness and circularity. While at the same time providing the correct surface finish. We can also make tapered bores for rifle barrels and shotgun barrels too.

Air Gauge

This is one of two air gauges we use for measuring both the bore and land diameters of rifle barrels.

TVA Special

This group was shot at 900 yards at Bisley. This barrel was the first TVA Special barrel, developed to Thames Valley Arms specifications, we chambered ourselves in-house. The last shot was called as pulled high before it appeared on screen.

Gun-drill chips

Managing chip size is important. Too big and you risk scoring the bore, too small and you will work harden the material and dull the tool prematurely
